Shirtless Chase and BLQ GH

They’re interrupted when Nathan calls Chase and says they need him to come in and help track down an escaped prisoner. Chase is stunned when he learns it’s Valentin.

Later,  Brook Lynn catches Ned in the dark kitchen chowing down on leftover pizza. Brook Lynn reminds him that, given his heart attack, Olivia banned him from having pizza, but he says, “What’s Thanksgiving without pizza?” She allows him one little piece.

Sneaky Ned! GH

Ned asks about Chase, and Brook Lynn says he’s been called into work. She fills her dad in about Valentin’s escape and the fears that he’s coming for Charlotte. They rehash Brook Lynn’s past scheme involving Bailey Lu and Valentin, and how, in the end, she still gave Ned a grandchild in Gio.

Everyone’s On High Alert!

At Lulu’s, Rocco and Charlotte are on the porch, and Rocco vents about his dad demanding he stay away from Gio. He asks if she’s ever been so angry that she didn’t want to speak to her dad. She hasn’t felt that way and would actually give anything to speak to hers.

Charlotte and Rocco chat GH

Inside, Lulu gets a call from Dante, who warns her about Valentin’s escape from a plane transport by parachute out of the plane! He tells her not to let Charlotte leave the house. Lulu immediately yells at the kids to get inside!

Dante and NAthan talk GH

Back at the station, Dante asks Nathan to go by Lulu’s and check on her and the kids, since Valentin will eventually show up to see Charlotte. Later, Chase arrives, and Dante asks him to head up one of the search parties for Valentin.

At Lulu’s, she informs Charlotte and Rocco about Valentin’s escape, and they have to assume he will be coming here for  Charlotte. Lulu asks her daughter to promise she won’t sneak off with Valentin. Charlotte tells her mother that she loves her, but she can’t promise she’ll stay if her dad shows up.

Suddenly, they are startled by banging on the door, but it turns out to be Nathan. He fills them in on what they know, and that he’s here to protect them all. After she’s forced to hand over her phone to Nathan, Charlotte asks to step outside for air. Nathan assures Lulu that the PCPD and WSB have this place surrounded. Charlotte and Rocco step out together.

Lulu cries to Nathan that once again, Valentin has put her in a no-win situation with Charlotte. Lulu wishes she had never listened to Jack and let Charlotte see her father. Jack used her; now, all of this could get her daughter killed.

The WSB and PCPD Work Together

In Jack’s office, Jack rants at someone on the phone about putting twenty-four-hour surveillance on his daughter. Joss is stunned to learn that Valentin has escaped and that Jack was arranging his transfer to the US. He has to go to the PCPD and help organize a manhunt.

Jack learns about Valentin GH

Joss realizes that Valentin will likely come after Jack, which means her mom is in danger as well. Jack says he’ll get someone to watch her mother, but Joss wants to be the one to protect her.

Alexis arrives at the station, and Dante asks if she’s heard from Valentin. The lawyer hasn’t, and that’s when Jack arrives, stating he believes the WSB and PCPD need to work together. Alexis asks, “What has Valentin done now?”  She learns Valentin escaped, insists the only contact they’ve had is by mail, and she only informed him of what’s been happening in Port Charles.

Alexis is questioned GH

Dante has guards placed outside Alexis’ house. With Anna out of town, he fears that Alexis is the one person Valentin might turn to for help.

Welcome Home!

At Carly’s, she asks what Valentin is doing here. He says he wasn’t about to let her sit by and have all the fun. She asks how he escaped, and he tells her that he jumped out of a prison transport jet. She warns him that everyone will be looking for him, but Valentin says they won’t expect him to come here.

Carly and Valentin GH

Carly brings him a first-aid kit, and he tells her he’ll need a burner phone and some fresh clothes. Some leftovers would be nice too. She makes it clear he can’t stay here and she is not going down for treason for helping him. She also has a young daughter who, thankfully, isn’t here tonight and won’t put her at risk.

Joss opens the door and walks in, announcing, “Mom, I’m back!” Valentin hides, and Joss explains she needs to spend the night as Trina and Kai got back together. Joss sits on the couch, finds the first-aid kit, and asks why it’s out. Carly quickly covers and says Donna was playing doctor with it earlier.

Joss and the first Aid kit GH

Joss decides to go upstairs and shower. She also warns her mom of the news bulletin that Valentin escaped, so they should turn on all the alarms, given that she is dating Jack. Joss then heads upstairs.

Romance Interrupted

Lucas returns home to Wyndemere, and Marco calls out to him from the living room. Marco surprises him with a romantic setting. They embrace, as a worried Pascal watching in the background.

Pascal, Lucas and MArco GH

Marco gets Lucas a drink and gives him a shoulder massage on the couch. Pascal interrupts, asking if he can get them anything, a snack perhaps? Lucas hasn’t eaten, so Marco has Pascal make them some turkey sandwiches.

Later, Marco and Lucas sit at a table, surrounded by candles, eating their leftovers and making small talk. Lucas tells Marco about Carly’s surprise visit, who is judging Marco based on his father, which has nothing to do with the two of them.

They are interrupted when Chase shows up at the door to speak with Sidwell. Pascal answers and says Sidwell isn’t here, and when Marco and Lucas arrive, Chase explains to them all that Valentin escaped custody, and they need to search the premises for him. Pascal seems concerned, and Marco begrudgingly cooperates and allows them to search.

Chase arrives at Wyndemere GH

Marco and Lucas head up to their bedroom, as Chase searches the house. Lucas asks Marco how he can be so calm with the cops here. Marco says he knows they won’t find anything, and his father has nothing to hide. Lucas is ashamed to admit he thought the cops were here for Sidwell, which would have proved his sister right. However, he assures Marco that he fully trusts him, and they kiss. (Oh, for once I can wait to hear Carly say, “I was right!”)

In the Show’s Final Moments

Lucas wakes up later and finds Marco is not in bed. Downstairs, Marco checks in with Pascal, who says the police left without discovering anything. Sidwell has been very careful to hide anything nefarious since Lucas moved in.

Marco knows Lucas would have had questions if he didn’t let the police in, and he thanks Pascal, as Lucas can never find out the truth about his father and his involvement in his business. Marco knows he’d lose Lucas.

At the Qs’ Brook Lynn and Ned talk about how great it was having Gio there for Thanksgiving. Ned jokes that it just took him having a heart attack, which Brook Lynn doesn’t laugh at. He assures his daughter he’s fine and not going anywhere.

At the station, Alexis tells Dante and Jack that Valentin won’t show up at her house, but she will let them know if he contacts her.

At Lulu’s, Nathan tells Lulu that Charlotte will be fine. She has a lot of people looking out for her.

Charlotte phones home GH

Outside, Charlotte holds up the “I love you sign with her hands, telling Rocco, just in case her dad is out there watching. (At first, I thought Stranger Things had come on!)

On Carly’s porch, Valentin holds the same sign up to the sky. Carly gives him a key to the shed, as he can’t stay inside the house with Joss here. It’s the best she can offer, and he takes it.
