‘Big Brother 27’ spoilers: Final Power of Veto winner sets stage for dramatic finale
Gold Derby is serving up Big Brother 27 spoilers all summer long. Read at your own risk!
Update Sept. 24, 2025: Morgan Pope has claimed the final Power of Veto of the season — her fifth win in the last six Veto competitions. Talk about coming up clutch in the endgame. With this victory, she holds the power to decide who will cast the sole eviction vote that determines the final three heading into Sunday’s Big Brother 27 finale.
That role will almost certainly fall to Vince Panaro, her closest ally throughout the summer. At this point, Morgan can’t really make a wrong move. As long as she avoids being cut in third place, the game is hers to lose. Based on her recent dominance, she’s also the clear favorite to win the last HOH.
That leaves Ava Pearl or Ashley Hollis headed to jury on Thursday. If Vince gets the eviction power, expect him to stay loyal to the Judges alliance and send Ava packing. From there, a final three of Morgan, Vince, and Ashley could shake out in a few different ways:
-
If Morgan wins final HOH: She’ll almost certainly take Vince, and likely cruise to a landslide victory.
-
If Ashley wins final HOH: She could make a game-winning move by evicting Morgan, giving herself the edge over Vince.
-
If Vince wins final HOH and stays loyal: He brings Morgan to the end but almost certainly loses to her.
-
If Vince wins final HOH and cuts Morgan: He faces Ashley with a bitter jury that includes Morgan, Keanu, Kelley, and Lauren — all of whom he once promised a final two. That scenario could hand Ashley the win.
No matter how it plays out, Vince looks destined for runner-up. The only question: will Morgan seal the deal, or will Ashley shock the house in the final moments? Find out Sunday on the live finale.
Original story published Sept. 22, 2025: Surprise! Another Big Brother houseguest has been evicted and there’s a brand new Head of Household.
Vince Panaro’s fourth HOH reign ended Monday morning, two days before CBS viewers will see it play out. He had nominated Keanu Soto and Ava Pearl, Morgan Pope snagged the Power of Veto, and then the live feeds went dark — only to return to a completely reshuffled house.
With just two votes, Ashley Hollis and Morgan quickly sent Keanu packing. He now joins Rachel Reilly, Will Williams, Kelley Jorgensen, and Lauren Domingue in the jury house, where they’ll soon be joined by two more before crowning the Big Brother 27 winner on Sunday’s live finale.
When the feeds returned, Morgan had claimed her second HOH of the season, guaranteeing herself a spot in the finale. She’ll almost certainly nominate Ashley and Ava, but it won’t matter — the Veto now decides everything. Whoever wins it controls the sole eviction vote, leaving one juror’s fate in their hands.
If things go as predicted, the Judges alliance will dominate the endgame. Ava is in a must-win scenario: no Veto, no chance. But if Ashley wins Veto, she will likely take the opportunity to send Vince to the jury house.
As for finale night, the possibilities are deliciously messy. Morgan could ride her momentum and take Vince, knowing she beats anyone. Ashley might pull off a much-needed victory, cut Morgan, and face Vince, who has plenty of jury enemies, or Ava, who may be the only player who had less impact on the game than she did. And the most dramatic outcome? Vince himself winning final HOH. Would he really betray Morgan, his closest ally, for a clearer shot at the prize? Or would he risk $750k all for loyalty — and a showmance that never was?
Buckle up — the road to finale night is about to get wild.
