Big Brother producer admits that a competition needs to be tweaked for the less athletic. This is something that they have known for a while. However, they are not currently participating in the competition for the fact that it is not fair. This is a fan favorite, though, and would make fans happy to see it back. Competitions On Big Brother Are Always Difficult
The Big Brother competitions are not easy. This is something fans have known for as long as the show has been on. Most of them take skill, physical ability, and thinking. However, some of them take more of the other. In the past, a lot of the competitions were physical. However, more recently, they have been using more brains and skills. Fans do miss the physical challenges as they are more entertaining to watch. There is one in particular that fans miss. However, a producer has spoken about bringing it back. It may not look like it once did, though.
Producer Says Comp Needs Tweaked For Less Athletic
A Big Brother producer has admitted that to bring a competition back, it would need to be tweaked. “Slippery Slope” would not be able to return as it used to be. They would have to walk down a covered slip-and-slide while holding liquid. They would try not to spill it, and whoever filled their container faster won.
“I think if we do the slip and slide again, we have to come up with a tweak or an adjustment. So that way anybody could win it. What tended to happen with that game is just the tallest, typically most athletic person would win. So it just became almost a given of who would win that game.”
Fans see their point. However, they would love for it to be brought back as it was.
It seems as though the producer is not sure what they would need to do differently. However, something would need to happen in order for this to be brought back. Right now, they feel as though it favors those who are in the best shape and the most athletic. This is why they would need to make it fairer.
