Rylie Jeffries Finished 12th In Season 27 Of Big Brother
Jeffries is a professional bull rider from Luther, Oklahoma. He soon became known to fans of Big Brother after joining Season 27, which premiered back in July.
Jeffries’ time on the show recently came to an end, with him being evicted, ultimately placing 12th during the season. It has since come out that Jeffries has become aware of various fan discussions about him.
Jeffries had sparked concern from some viewers due to his behavior with Katherine Woodman, particularly during live feeds. During their time together, Jeffries could be seen throwing things at Woodman and saying they were going to get married.
During the August 21 episode, Jeffries was evicted with a 5 to 4 vote. In his exit interview with Julie Suzanne Chen Moonves, he was asked about a few comments he made on the show, including “I’m being with you outside of this, whether you like it or not.” Looking back, Jeffries shared, “I did say that. I can’t believe y’all heard that.”
According to The U.S. Sun, an inside source close to the production touched on Jeffries’ reaction to fan backlash. As they shared, “It was like being hit by a wall of bricks as soon as he stepped off set. He wasn’t even upset at first because he was in a genuine state of disbelief.”
The Source Claimed That Jeffries Didn’t ‘Remember’ Much Of What He Said On The Show
Reportedly, Jeffries was placed in a “situation-room-like setting” where he was briefed about fan backlash and real-world accusations. They shared, “He doesn’t seem to remember a lot of what he said, or he thinks it wasn’t picked up by cameras so it came as a total shock to him.”
Jeffries’ previous comments about marriage especially went viral with fans, with many calling for him to be removed from the show. The source added he didn’t react well to this news.
The source also shared that this influenced the show to pause planned exit presses for the immediate future. They shared, “They felt if they had gone through with the press, they would just be setting their own contestant up for failure.”
